I have been reading The Creative License by Danny Gregory. Very good book and very inspiring to just sketch everything you see! I've been having a blast with these challenges from the Everyday Matters yahoo group. Most of these are things I would never think to sketch but it's good practice and gives you the knowledge that you can sketch anything.

You've been busy! They're great! My faves are the bulbs, they look fabulous (and it's the first time I think that about bulbs, you know? ;)
All the drawings are really neat. I laughed when I read the journaling in the bulbs one. I look at the page too! But sometimes I can't get something right until I force myself not to look and to feel the shape, at least for a little bit of the sketch.
I really like the one of Dakota looking out the window. So much is conveyed with a few simple lines. Very nice!
