More EDM challenges

Yes, I know, they're not all perfect, but then, neither am I. :) I've been running my kids to the dentist etc these last couple of days, that's how I got so much drawing done. Unfortunately the art room and basement are still a mess and I need to get back to cleaning and organizing and be done with it, so I can get on to more important things - ART! I got my drawing table set up in the art room again, now to try and squeeze in all those plastic storage containers that I have....... And try and decide what I need to get rid of.... that's the hard part.
Have a great day!

Wow Lady! you are being very productive! I realy like the 'weight' o the bag--specially since I don't have to carry it! and the twisted balloon of metal in the lamp base is truely lovely!

These are great! I have gotten away from the EDM topics and just sketching. Like tou I am taking my s-book to all those apt. too with the kids. I use to keep a list of topics handy, I need to get to it again.
Keep it up! Oh- that organizing can be such a drag. I am a little bit further than you are in the process, and now I am finding it has all been worth it!

Fun blog! Good luck on your Etsy store, I've been thinking about trying my fused glass jewelry there. I didn't see any silversmithing, I just got a torch.
Thanks for your comment on Cactus Tuesday. Continued success!

They're great! Love how you did the reflections and metal aspect on the lamp and lighter. And I agree with you : drawing transforms waiting time into doing something time!

Great sketches - I especially like the garbage can. Go figure.

I can sympathize on the organizing. It's worth it though - just finished one small area and it's so nice to be able to find stuff and have a clean surface upon which to work. I get distracted easily so it's going to take YEARS (if not decades) to finish.

Thanks for the comment on my blog too. Yep, Maine is a great place to live, in spite of the long winters.

I like your sketches and your journaling on them. I didn't think to do that but I just might now. I'll remember what I was thinking or doing much better that way plus it will be more fun to look back on.

I can't believe you can draw so fast. Wonder what I am doing wrong. The simplest things take me forever. Maybe I'm not brave enough (and then, my kids aren't around needing me for this or that so no need to hurry either).
